What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing tattooing properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in tattooing or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Tattoo Artist
We are interested in tattoo artists with a developed point of view, consistent healed work, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients from consultation through aftercare.
Qualifications

- Reliable sanitation and studio habits

Piercer
We look for piercers who take anatomy, placement, client education, and clean procedure seriously and who are comfortable explaining when a requested piercing is not a good fit.

- Comfort working with nervous or first-time clients

The studio coordinator helps clients understand the next step, keeps appointment information organized, and supports the artists and piercer with day-to-day communication.
